I am not the best at getting up in the morning.
(too often “half man / half mattress”, I am a worse starter than a
1987 Ford Escort!)
My usual morning routine was interrupted when I stopped half way
across the landing….and thought “Gosh, Its Freeeeeezzzzing!”
Teeth chattering, I made my way downstairs, opened the door to let the
Dog out; who looked up from his basket with an expression of “No
chance mate!”
After the Siberian Summer we had, September feels like its going to be
a very cold Autumn…
